Board of Directors
Natalie Holles, President
Natalie has been a member of the Stapleton community since 2015, and first became active as a parent volunteer on the Nutcracker Backstage Runner Committee. Natalie brings to the Stapleton board years of corporate experience in the Bay Area biotechnology industry both at the executive and board level, and a passion for cultivating community engagement through effective organizational leadership. She lives in Kentfield with her husband and three daughters, and when not rooting for her girls from the wings or the side of the horse show arena, enjoys skiing, mountain biking and trail running.
Brian Addington, Treasurer
Brian is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Managing Director at RBC Wealth Management in San Francisco, CA where his team advises families, businesses and non-profit organizations. Betsie Diamond, Secretary
I am a retired legal secretary having worked in various San Francisco law firms and ended my career in 2017 after working for fifteen years with Pacific Gas and Electric Company in the Law Department. I also substitute taught various Business Education classes at the College of Marin and Indian Valley Colleges. For my “fun” thing, I started tap dancing in 1998 and have been a student of local dance instructors and have performed in numerous musical theatre productions – ten years with Doree Clark and her Don’t Quit Your Day Job Dance Company, nine years with Marilyn Izdebski Productions; and sixteen years with the Stapleton Theatre Group. Because of my participation with these groups, I have a love for the performing arts and have first-hand experience of what goes into doing a show, both in dance and theatre.
I have an Associated Arts Degree in Business from West Virginia Career College and a B.S. Degree in Business Education Comprehensive from West Virginia University both located in Morgantown, West Virginia. I have been married for forty-seven years and have resided in Kentfield for forty-five years – I consider glorious Marin County as my home.

In her spare time, she loves to play and watch soccer along with her husband, Ryan. She and Ryan have three children - two daughters in college, and a son at the Marin School of the Arts in Novato. When not working she enjoys all that Marin County has to offer including live performances, easy access to skiing, great schools and a sense of community.
Diane Duvall
Diane’s life-long love for the performing arts springs from her early experience with music, theater, and dance, starting with the Children’s Theater in Palo Alto, the Community Music Center in San Francisco, and the orchestra and musical theater programs offered by the San Francisco Public Schools. During her studies at Oberlin College, Diane had the good fortune to be trained by and perform choral works with graduate students at the Conservatory. Mom to three daughters who have all studied ballet at SSPA, Diane is more aware than ever of the importance of supporting performing arts education for the unique potential it has to instill strength, uplift the community, and forge connections by creating a shared experience of art that reaches through time and across generations. An attorney and mediator with over a decade of experience in the field of dispute resolution, Diane has served on several school-related boards, and also enjoys volunteering at non-profit organizations around the Bay Area, including SEEDS Community Resolution Services, Aids Legal Referral Panel, and Halleck Creek Ranch.
