  • Stretch & Strength (Level 5-Advanced D)

    Stretch and Strength is a class for Ballet 5-Advanced D. Conditioning assists in the development of strength necessary for dance while aiding in injury prevention. This class incorporates functional training exercises, floor barre, focused stretching, and the utilization of tools such as resistance bands and foam rollers. Focused stretching is also integrated throughout the class to increase flexibility in a safe and effective way.

    1 class per week: $290 per 9-week session

    2+ classes per week: $245 per 9-week session
